How do I book a party?

To ensure we are able to make all your party wishes come true, we will need the following:
- A completed details form (follow the link to sumbit)
- A completed contract of agreement (emailed to you after we have received your details form and we have confirmed our availability)
- A 50% deposit (you will be emailed an invoice after we have received both your details form and contract. You will have the option to pay online or mail a check)

What is your availability?

Due to high demand, we strongly recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, as we book up very quickly. However, we do our best to accomodate last minute requests and will be happy to let you know if alternative characters are available, even if your first requested character is not. Not every one of our performers plays every character, so our availability depends on which character you are wanting and if a performer who plays her is available. Just inquire about our availability, and we will do our best to assist! Please note: We operate on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED reservation policy. Reservations will not be confirmed without a 50% deposit. In order to give us enough preparation time for our upcoming weekend of parties, we cannot accept parties with fewer than 24 hours of notice.

Do you travel?

Yes, we do travel! Although we work closely with the Castle on Stagecoach and perform there often, we do not own the castle, nor do we have a storefront of our own. You will need to secure a venue of your own to host your party where we can provide the entertainment. We are based out of Little Rock, AR, and there will be a $1 per mile charge for parties booked at venues between 20 and 45 miles from our location in area code 72211 (this fee will be charged for each vehicle needed to transport your characters if you have 4 or more characters attending your party or event). Requests for traveling distances greater than 45 miles away from our location can be negotiated for an additional charge, based on our performer availability and scheduling demands. Can I host a party outside?

Yes, you may! Of course, indoor conditions are much more favorable for our characters, considering they come dressed in elaborate wigs and costumes. However, outdoor parties can be lovely and work well with our activities, if they follow the following criteria: Please note the weather report the week before your party. If the heat index is predicted to exceed 80 degrees, the temperature is expected to fall below 60 degrees (with wind chill), or if there is a high chance of rain, the performer will require an indoor space for his/her portion of the party. If conditions outside are pleasant, please provide a shaded area, free from standing water, mud, or other elements that may cause damage to the costumes. Also, please provide a clean chair for the performer to sit in, as well as an area suitable for the performer's activities. Please always have a back-up indoor location. Weather is unpredictable, (especially in Arkansas!), and finding a last-minute location in the event of extreme weather or rain could add unnecessary stress to your party plans. OUR PRINCESSES MUST BE INDOORS WHEN BOOKING IN THE MONTHS OF MAY-SEPTEMBER AND NOVEMBER-FEBRUARY. In some circumstances, special considerations may be made in exception, though this is entirely dependent on weather conditions and the discretion of Fancyful management. In these instances, certain fees may be applied in order for Fancyful to accommodate your party needs, as well as to protect our performers.

What types of payment do you accept?

We are proud to accept all forms of payment including cash, check, or credit/debit card* *(Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express).

Should I tip my performer?

A delicate question! The price of the package does not include gratuity for the performer, but it is GREATLY appreciated and helps offset the costs needed for our supplies/costumes/travel/etc. (and lets the performer know that you are happy with her (or his) performance!)

Are you affiliated with a brand?

No. It is not the intention of Fancyful Parties to violate any copyright laws. Our characters are inspired by the many popular renditions of a variety of beloved characters. We are not affiliated with any other theme park, company, or corporation – any resemblance to these renditions is coincidental.

Can I request a specific performer?

Absolutely! We do our best to secure requests for specific performers, however, due to scheduling conflicts, we are not always able to accomodate the request. If you have a specific performer in mind for your party, please note this in the "Special Requests" section of your online request form, otherwise we will contact the first available performer for your character to perform for your party.

Do you do Evening Parties?

For the safety of our performers, parties booked between 6:00pm and 8:00pm have a two-person minimum. (For parties booked between the months of March-August, this applies to parties booked between 7:00 and 8:00 pm) There are two options: 1) You may add an additional character to your package (please see our “Princess Parties” page for pricing) OR 2) An assistant will need to accompany your performer. ($40 for 30 minutes, $50 for 60 minutes or $60 for 90 minutes)
