We are not a “hi and bye” company - our performers will come prepared with every detail of their story memorized so that they can spend focused time with every child they meet, create a fully immersive encounter, and leave everyone in the room with a smile!

A: Due to high demand, we strongly recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, as we book up very quickly. However, we do our best to accomodate last minute requests and will be happy to let you know if alternative characters are available, even if your first requested character is not. Not every one of our performers plays every character, so our availability depends on which character you are wanting and if we have a performer for that character available. We hire local performers, many of whom are actively involved in either school or community theater productions, so the more notice you can give us to check with them and their scheduling demands, the better! Just inquire about our availability, and we will do our best to assist!

Please note: We operate on a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED reservation policy. Reservations will not be confirmed without a 50% deposit. In order to give us enough preparation time for our upcoming weekend of parties, we cannot accept parties with fewer than 24 hours of notice.

A: Yes, we do travel! Although we work closely with the Castle on Stagecoach and perform there often, we do not own the castle, nor do we have a storefront of our own. You will need to secure a venue of your own to host your party where we can provide the entertainment. We are based out of Little Rock, AR, and there will be a $1.50 per mile charge for parties booked at venues between 20 and 45 miles from our location in area code 72212 (this fee will be charged for each vehicle needed to transport your characters if you have 4 or more characters attending your party or event). This applies to every mile from our location to yours. For example, if your party is 23 miles away, your fee will be $34.50 added to your selected party package. This fee goes directly to your performer(s) to cover gas money, vehicle wear and tear, and additional time spent travelling to your location.

Requests for traveling distances greater than 45 miles away from our location can be negotiated for an additional charge, will need at least two personnel booked, and are based on our performer availability and scheduling demands. A. Yes, evening parties are an option! For the safety of our performers, however, parties booked with a start time after sunset have a two-person minimum so that performers are not sent out by themselves in the dark at night. Please also note that we cannot accept bookings with an ending time later than 8:30 pm. There are two options to meet the two-person minimum:

1) You may add an additional character to your party (please check under our party types to check additional character pricing for each type)

OR

2) An assistant will need to accompany your performer. ($60 for 30 minutes, $75 for 60 minutes or $85 for 90 minutes within our 45 mile travel radius)

A: Yes, you may! Please review our outdoor weather policy here before planning an outdoor party. Indoor conditions are much more favorable for our characters, considering they come dressed in elaborate wigs and costumes. However, outdoor parties and events are possible for us if they follow the following criteria: The weather forecast must be taken into consideration the week before your event. For certain characters, if the heat index is predicted to exceed 80 degrees, the temperature is expected to fall below 60 degrees (with wind chill), or if there is a high chance of rain, the performer will require an indoor space for his/her portion of the party or event.

In some circumstances, special considerations may be made in exception, though this is entirely dependent on weather conditions and the discretion of Fancyful management. If conditions outside are pleasant, the performer will need a shaded area free from standing water, mud, or other elements that may cause damage to Fancyful's costumes. An area suitable for your selected activities will be needed, such as a clean chair for the performer to sit in for story time. You will need to have a backup indoor location, should unexpected rain occur, as our characters cannot be outdoors in the rain. In the case of inclement weather, our performers will be unable to attend any outdoor parties events, and you will be given the option of a reschedule, or a full refund, per Fancyful's discretion.

A: We accept all forms of payment including cash, check, or credit/debit card*

A: We know this is a delicate question! The price of your party does not include gratuity for the performer. While tips are never required, they are greatly appreciated (and let the performer know that you are happy with their performance!)

A. Absolutely! We do our best to secure requests for specific performers, however, due to scheduling conflicts, we are not always able to accomodate the request. If you have a specific performer in mind for your party, please note this in the "Special Requests" section of your online request form, otherwise we will contact the first available performer for your character to perform for your party.

Fancyful is committed to spreading diversity and ensuring that the magic we are creating is not limited by body type or race. Our Fancyful Original Fairies, Mermaids, and Holiday Characters will be played by any of our current female performers unless a specific performer is requested. For this reason, some wig color and makeup design may vary from performer to performer. Please contact management if you have any questions or special requests.

A. Please tell us! We love to keep the magic alive, so any information you can give us as to how and when they met will help us connect with your child even more.

A: We’re always open to new character suggestions! We can’t guarantee that we’ll able to add your requested character, but feel free to let us know who your child would like to meet!

A. No. It is not the intention of Fancyful Parties to violate any copyright laws, nor are our characters associated with any other licensed entertainment company. Our characters are inspired by the many popular renditions of a variety of beloved characters. We are not affiliated with any other theme park, company, or corporation – any resemblance to these renditions is coincidental.

A: If you need to reschedule your party due to illness, we will work with you to find the best solution. If no rescheduling is possible, we will offer you a full refund for your party!

A: We will do our best to meet you where you are and provide any protection you would like for you and your family. You may request for your character to wear a mask to your party, simply by noting it in the special requests when filling out your party request form!
